Career
He acted in several Kannada films such as ‘Santhoshakke’ (2014), ‘Malli’ (2014), ‘Nanobbne Olleyvnu’ (2017), and ‘Real Real – 2’ (2018). According to his Instagram bio, he also works as a business analyst.
Death
On 30 September 2021, he committed suicide in his apartment near Doddabele village, Bengaluru. He had written a four-page suicide note three days before his death. A few lines from the suicide note are,
I am solely responsible for this…so family, please forgive me…I have promised never to do such a stupid thing in my life but I have no choice. I was literally killed inside. Day by day, I became so low. I have never seen myself like this before.”

Initially, it was registered as a case of suicide, but later, her father, while talking to reporters, accused Kannada TV actor Mahesh of mentally disturbing Soujanya. He further said,

Which translates to,
My daughter is not coward enough to kill herself. My daughter met Kannada and Telugu television actors. He was repeatedly harassed for marrying her. He has told me this. My daughter has been repeatedly harassed by the television actor, and this morning, she may go home. That is why my daughter decided to die. “Mahesh, a television actor and close friend of my daughter should be charged.”
