She participated and won various beauty queen titles including Miss Icon Chhattisgarh 2017 and Miss Getaway Goddess 2018, organized by Femina Miss India. Spandana placed in the top 12 at Femina Miss India 2018. She took home the title of FBB Colors Femina Miss India Chhattisgarh 2018.

- Spandana did a summer internship at Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad from April 2015 to June 2015. After playing volleyball with the Chhattisgarh State Volleyball Association at various national tournaments, she was offered a job as an assistant sub-inspector in the Andhra Pradesh Police. He however left the training academy after completing a few months of training because his father and brother did not want him to become a police officer.
