Sriti Jha was born on 26 February 1986 (32 years old; age as in 2018) in Darbhanga, Bihar, India. She has so many nicknames given by her family members and industry friends like Jhalli, Titu, Fuggi, Chashmish, Lady Mogambo, Hawa Hawaai, etc. He is a good poet and wrote some dialogues for some popular TV shows like Dil Se Di Dua… Saubhagyavati Bhava and Balika Vadhu.

During his college days, he joined Verbum, an English dramatic society in Delhi in 2004 and after a few years, he became the president of this society. He got his first lead role in the play Verbum Ritual In Blood and won the Best Actor award in the Delhi University drama circuit for his performance.
In 2007, she made her on-screen debut as an actress with the TV series Dhoom Machaao Dhoom in which she played the role of Malini Sharma. She won various awards for her role as Pragya Arora Mehra in the TV series Kumkum Bhagya such as Zee Rishtey Award for Popular Face Female, Favorite Beti, Favorite Pati-Patni with Shabbir Ahluwalia, Favorite Shoulders, Favorite Female Popular Character, Favorite Jodi with Shabbir Ahluwalia; Indian Telly Awards for Best Actress in a Lead Role, Best Jodi on TV with Shabbir Ahluwalia; Zee Gold Award for Face of the year; and others.
