Sudesh Bhosle was born on 1 July 1960 (Age: 58 years, as in 2018) in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Since childhood, he used to mimic actors and singers. He received his education from Ambedkar College, Wadala, Maharashtra.

Sudesh Bhosle was born to N.R. Bhosle and Sumantai Bhosle. The information about his siblings is not known. He is married to Hema Bhosle and the couple has a son, Siddhant Bhosle and a daughter, Shruti Bhosle.
Career
He made his debut as a playback singer with the film Zalzala (1988) by singing a song, “Holi Aayi Re, Aayi Re Aayi Holi Aayi” along with Shailendra Singh and Anuradha Paudwal. He has mimicked prominent actors, Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Vinod Khanna, Sanjeev Kumar, etc. When Laxmikant–Pyarelal noticed him singing in Amitabh Bachchan voice, they gave him an opportunity to sing a very famous song ‘Jumma Chumma De De’ for the movie ‘Hum’ in Amitabh Bachchan’s voice.
Sudesh Bhosle dubbed Sanjeev Kumar voice after his death for the film “Professor Ki Padosan.” He has sung various hit songs such as “Pee Le Pee Le Oh More Raja, Pee Le Pee Le Oh More Jani” along with Mohammad Aziz (Tiranga, 1993), “O Lal Dupatte Wali” along with Kumar Sanu, Kavita Krishnamurthy and Alka Yagnik (Aankhen, 1993), “Bhangra Paale” along with Mohammad Aziz and Sadhna Sargam (Karan Arjun, 1995), “Na Na Na Na Re” along with Daler Mehndi (Mrityudata, 1997), “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” along with Udit Narayan (Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, 1998), “Dil Diya Pyar Kiya” along with Asha Bhosle (Aar Ya Paar, 1997), etc.
