Sudev Nair was born on Sunday 14 April 1985 (age 38 years; as of 2023) in Mumbai. He did his schooling at Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, Thane, Maharashtra. He pursued B.Tech. at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur, Maharashtra. He later received a master’s degree in acting from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, Maharashtra.

Sudev Nair made his debut as an actor in 2014 with the Hindi film ‘Gulaab Gang’ (2014), starring Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla in significant roles. He played the role of Arjun Shankara in the film. In 2019, he appeared in the film ‘India’s Most Wanted,’ along with Arjun Kapoor.
