Born in Meerut, Suganda graduated from Maitreya College (Delhi University). In 2006, she married MTV reality show host Raghu Ram. They divorced on January 30, 2018.
Suganda started her acting career in 2008 with the Hindi film ‘Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na’. In 2015, she played the role of ‘Anika’ in the romantic film ‘Coffee Bloom’. In 2016, she was also seen in the role of ‘Vibhawar’ in the romantic-musical film ‘Yugni’.
