Sunaina started her career in 2005 with the Telugu film Kumar Vs Kumar. In 2008, she played the role of Meera in the Tamil romantic film Kadhalil Vizhunthen, which was well received by the audience. Sunaina acted in this movie along with Nakul Jaidev.
