Movie icon Sylvester Stallone has finally responded to Jennifer Flavin’s allegations that he has actively depleted, depleted and squandered their marital assets due to their ongoing divorce. The actor’s legal team denied the allegations, stating Stallone never engaged in such behavior.
Stallone’s team also refused Flavin’s request for exclusive access to their Palm Beach home. However, they did not oppose Flavin’s request to restore her maiden name and agreed with the statement that her marriage to Stallone was “irreversible”.
Stallone recently denied rumors that their marriage ended over an argument over a dog and said they just broke up. In separate statements, Stallone and Flavin have reiterated that they still care about each other and their daughter.

In Flavin’s Aug. 19 divorce filing against Stallone (via TMZ), the model alleges that the “Rocky” actor “engaged in the willful dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic effect on the estate.”
According to Florida divorce law, an allegation of willful dissipation means that one spouse overspends or incurs unnecessary debt. In his petition, Flavin asked the court to prevent Stallone from “selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or disposing of any assets pending these proceedings.”

He also requested that because of the alleged waste, the court should grant an “unequal distribution of marital assets in his favor.” Stallone and Flavin share a large fortune, most of which comes from high-priced real estate. They recently sold their 21,000 square foot Los Angeles estate for $58 million to Adele.

Many people recently obtained court documents in which Stallone’s team denies Flavin’s claims that Stallone willfully removed and squandered their marital assets. They wrote that the 76-year-old actor “has not engaged” in the behavior described.
Stallone’s team also directly opposed Flavin’s request for “exclusive use” of their Palm Beach home. In Flavin’s petition, he has asked the court to declare him legally single and “restore” his maiden name. Stallone did not oppose this request and also agreed with her statement that their marriage was “irreversible”.

Days after Flavin filed for divorce, Stallone addressed rumors that they decided to separate over a dog. Some reports claim that the couple broke up after Stallone bought a Rottweiler, which he named Dwight. They allegedly had a disagreement about the dog, which led to another argument and eventually prompted Flavin to file for divorce.
Stallone talks to him TMZ about the rumours, explaining that while she and Flavin often disagreed about the dog’s care, it wasn’t the cause of their split. He said that many of their disagreements stemmed from living on two coasts and traveling frequently.
Stallone said, “We didn’t end the relationship over such a trivial argument. We just went in different directions. I have a lot of respect for Jennifer. I will always love him. She is an amazing woman. He is the best human being I have ever met.”

In an exclusive statement, Flavin revealed to Many people that she has filed for divorce from Stallone. The statement read, “I am saddened to announce that after 25 years of marriage I have filed for divorce from my husband Sylvester Stallone. Although we are no longer married, I will always cherish the 30+ year relationship we shared, and I know we are both committed to our beautiful daughter.”
The former model and businesswoman also asked their fans and the public for privacy for her, Stallone, and their family as they go through divorce proceedings and try to move on with their lives. Stallone also issued a statement to Many peoplewhere he said, “I love my family. We are kindly and privately dealing with this personal issue.”

Stallone unlike his estranged wife, Flavin, has kept his social media presence as active as ever, posting clips from his upcoming film project and his new Rottweiler named “Dwight.” Recently, to mark the birthday of his eldest daughter, Sophie, Stallone shared some photos of himself with his wife.
The photo appears to be a throwback shot before the couple decided to end things. Flavin also made a birthday post for his daughter, but didn’t include the actress in any of the photos he shared.
