TJ Holmes is feeling pretty confident about himself today.
Following reports that an internal investigation at ABC remains “incomplete” into his scandalous relationship with Amy Robach and other staffers, the “GMA3” co-host is positive he will be released.

A source revealed Holmes is taking the investigation seriously, “but he’s confident he hasn’t done anything wrong that will cost him his job.”
ABC’s internal investigation is four weeks in and still “incomplete.”
Page Six has learned the investigation took so long because the network was diligent and “extremely careful” when combing through Holmes’ various dealings with ABC staffers.

Neither Robach nor Holmes have returned to their aerial positions, but they certainly got some fresh air in Miami, FL. and NYC.

Robach was recently photographed by paparazzi leaving Holmes’ NYC apartment on Wednesday, January 4.
Robach kept a low profile in dark gray jeans, a blue puffer jacket, sunglasses and Apple AirPods in his ears.
She had a smile on her face and refused to answer questions from the paparazzi about her future on “GMA3.”
Her naturally curly hair was tied back and her face was free of make-up.
On the same day she was seen leaving her boyfriend’s apartment, Holmes’ estranged wife made a statement regarding their relationship.

Holmes filed for divorce from Marilee Fiebig on Wednesday, December 28, in a New York City court.
He released a statement through his divorce attorney, Stephanie Lehman, on Wednesday, January 4.
The statement was obtained exclusively by Daily Mail and stated, “During the holiday season and given the challenging times, Marilee’s single focus remains on the overall best interests of her 9-year-old daughter. [Sabine].”
Lehman emphasized that her client, Fiebig, is focusing on their daughter and making the divorce process as good as possible.

Lehman, Fiebig, Holmes and its legal counsel have sought to “proceed the divorce privately, as quickly and as amicably as possible.”
“However, we continue to be disappointed by TJ’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity towards Marilee and the party’s daughter,” added Fiebig’s divorce attorney.
Holmes’ estranged wife has been “touched by an outpouring of support” since the scandal hit the headlines in November 2022 and is “looking forward to a fresh start in the new year.”

A source disclosed to Page Six that Fiebig was “blinded” by her husband’s carelessness; however, shortly after her affair with Robach revealed more information about other affairs she had with ‘GMA’ staff came to light.
Explosion previously reported on the ABC News President taking Robach and Holmes off the air, and launching an investigation into the co-host.
The human resources department is looking into the defamatory co-anchor’s past to see if he had other relationships with staff under him.
ABC News Chief Kim Godwin seemed to hint at a “no holds barred” approach to the Robach and Holmes scandals during a company-wide meeting Monday.
Godwin took Robach and Holmes off the air in early December 2022, and they haven’t been on the air since.
