And looking back now, it seems like TJ Holmes put his relationship with Amy Robach in the clear.
The “Good Morning America 3” co-counselor basically flaunted her “friendship” with Robach as the two dated off-camera, behind the scenes, for months.

This interview took place just weeks before their scandalous relationship was revealed and subsequently cast aside.

He said this before the two ran the TCS New York City Marathon on November 6.
In the same interview, Holmes explained how happy she is to anchor ‘GMA3’ with Robach.
“I could never imagine things going the way they have,” he said.

Obviously, Holmes had no idea of the terrible storm that would follow Daily Mail posted a photo of the pair together at a bar laughing and holding hands.
Since their relationship unexpectedly became public, both Robach and Holmes have been removed from ‘GMA3′ and an investigation by ABC into Holmes’ previous intimate relationship with the staff is underway.
According to reports, ABC’s investigative bells started ringing after news of his relationship with Robach, producer Natasha Singh and at least one other staffer hit the press.

The human resources department is looking into the defamatory former co-anchor with the company to see if he had other relationships with staff under him.
“It’s one thing for her to have a relationship with another anchor,” the insider said Page Six. “The question is whether he violated company rules by dating a less senior employee.”
ABC News Chief Kim Godwin seemed to hint at a “no holds barred” approach to the Robach and Holmes scandals during a company-wide meeting Monday.
He decided to remove Robach and Holmes temporarily until the situation was resolved.
Obviously now, Holmes’ inability to keep it in his pants really puts ABC between a rock and a hard place.

Explosion previously reported that Godwin informed the staff on December 5, about the temporary absence of the lovers in ‘GMA3.’
He told ABC News employees during an editorial call on Monday that while Robach and Holmes did NOT violate any company policy, ABC News “wants to do what’s best for the organization.”
ABC News executives did not speak on the matter to the media.
Sources told DailyMail.com that Stephanie Ramos and Gio Benitez will host GMA3′ this week while ABC figures out how to deal with the PR nightmare.
“There is great confusion internally,” the source said. “ABC News executive Kim [Godwin] have taken them off the air while they deal with this internally.”
Furthermore, in a recently resurfaced audition tape from 2014, Holmes said she was “pro-marriage.”

Holmes was auditioning for “Entertainment Tonight” and said on tape, “Marriage gets a bad rap a lot of times. I’m a supporter of marriage. I want everybody to get married. I think everybody should and I think you better do that .”

The TV news personality was involved in various affairs with colleagues.
She reportedly had a years-long affair with the executive producer of ‘GMA’ before her relationship with Robach.
This executive also worked with Robach at the time of their affair with Holmes.
The executive reportedly left ‘GMA’ in 2017.
On December 4, we reported on Robach and Holmes being confronted about the affair by another ‘GMA’ lead writer.
Veteran figure and TV personality, Robin Roberts, reportedly confronted her co-workers about their affair several years ago.
In a report from Page Six, Roberts warns Robach and Holmes about rumors circulating in the office regarding a possible romance between them. Multiple sources confirmed this to the outlet.
The insider revealed that Roberts pulled the two aside and basically told them to “Stop.”
