After “The Jerry Springer Show” ended in 2018, Jerry continued to provide sensational television with “Judge Jerry,” which aired for three seasons. The courtroom drama often featured family members suing each other for trivial sums of money, allowing Jerry to offer grandfatherly advice.

In his interview with Page Six, Jerry described his judging style as “fair” and “grandfather,” compared to someone like Judge Judy, who he said was “disciplined” and “very firm.”

“I’m the second parent you go to after the disciplinarian parent says, ‘You don’t have it,’” she joked, adding, “It’s just not my personality. No one would take me seriously if I suddenly started [yelling]. A lot of people have watched my crazy show for 27 years, but I’ve never yelled at a guest. I never curse.”
