Tanvi Rao was born in 1997 in Bangalore, Karnataka. Since childhood, he wanted to pursue acting as a full-time career. After completing her studies in performing arts from Bangalore-based Christ University, she worked hard to emerge in the Kannada industry. To enter and survive in the industry without a godfather is indeed difficult to break but Tanvi is determined enough to pursue her career in acting.
Career
With great effort and determination, Tanvi made her way into the industry. She first appeared in some Hindi films like Gulaab Gang as Fiza. The film centers on the struggle of women in India, is directed by Soumik Sen and features Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla in pivotal roles. It was the first time that the two female superstars of the 90s shared screen space together.
Tanvi made her television debut with the daily soap opera Aakruti. The story revolves around Divya and her family. All the joy in the family is shattered when the devil, tying the connection between Divya’s ancestors and drastic events, focuses them.
Tanvi made headlines for appearing in the Tamil family drama television series Jamelaa, in which she was cast in the lead role. The plot of this series is based on Islam as a new venture in the world of Tamil serials.
