Tarak Ponnappa or Thaarak Ponnappa is an Indian model and actor, who mostly works in the Kannada film industry. She is best known for appearing in the sequel to the popular pan-Indian film KGF: Chapter 1 (2018) and KGF: Chapter 2 (2022) as Daya.

Tarak Ponnappa entered the entertainment industry as a model. Early in his career, he was associated with Prasad Bidapa Model Management. She has walked the ramp at various fashion events like Karnataka Fashion Week (2013) and Femina Wedding Show (2015) and has modeled for brands like John Players, KnockOut Soda and Sashi Vangapalli Couture.
Before starting her career as an actress, she worked as a model for four years.
