Back-to-school shoppers were met with towering inferno in the children’s clothing section of a California Target on Tuesday — but luckily no one was hurt.
Shoppers were forced to evacuate the Buena Park store when the fire broke out around 7 p.m., but not before a customer caught the flames on camera.
Giant flames could be seen reaching the ceiling in the center of the children’s section as the sprinkler system went off.
It appears the fire engulfed a free-standing rack of what looked like children’s clothing.
Moments later, a worker calmly used a fire extinguisher to help put out the raging fire that looked like a scene from a horror movie.

Last month, a giant fight broke out at another California Target, which left a teenager begging for mercy and crying.
Four men attacked another, who tried to defend himself before he was knocked to the floor. His attackers stomped and kicked him until people called the police.
Target has also been in hot water this summer after debuting its Pride collection, which includes tuck-friendly swimwear, causing a major backlash that led to millions in losses.
A shareholder sued the company after a $20,000 loss, accusing the store of misleading investors.
