Is there anything Taylor Swift can’t do?
One of Donald Trump’s most prominent former aides — and critics — declared the pop star “the only person” who could defeat the former president in his 2024 re-election bid.
Alyssa Farah Griffin doubled down on her love for the 12-time Grammy winner — as well as her disdain for her former boss — during Monday’s episode of “The View: Under the Table” podcast.
Farah Griffin and executive producer Brian Teta were discussing the hot coverage of Swift’s romance with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce when the former White House director of strategic communications suddenly made a dig at Trump.
“This ends one way. We’re all Taylor Swift fans and, honestly, if Donald Trump looks like he’s going to win, he should just get in the race and beat her once and for all because he’s probably the only person who can,” Farah Griffin said with a laugh.

Teta eagerly steered the conversation back towards the celebrity couple: “Here you go, there you go,” she hurriedly said.
In the same episode, Farah Griffin said she could explain “in one paragraph any number of cases” against Trump, pointing to his allegations of misconduct while he was commander in chief.
The passing jab at Trump is just one of many that Farah Griffin has fired at her former boss since joining the daytime panel in July 2022.

“I will not vote for Trump again, I am clear about that,” he said last April.
“I would be inclined to write in. I don’t think I should change my Republican values because two parties are putting forward choices I don’t like.”
He has repeatedly met with investigators investigating the attack on the United States Capitol that took place on January 6, 2021, to testify directly about the time Trump seemed to admit he lost the election to Joe Biden.

Trump responded to his criticism in typical fashion earlier this year — calling him a barrage of epithets like “sleazebag,” “loser” and “backbencher.”
