The late Swiftie suffered a heart attack amid intense heat, with temperatures reaching 59.3 degrees Celsius or 138.7 degrees Fahrenheit, ahead of the singer’s Era Tour concert in Rio de Janeiro.
Following the 23-year-old’s departure, the “Blank Space” singer invited Machado’s family and friends to attend his performance in Sao Paulo.
Footage shared on the X account @swifferupdates captured Machado’s family and friends attending the concert, gathered in the VIP area under the tent at the Allianz Parque stadium, each wearing a white T-shirt emblazoned with Ana’s face.
After the performance, they had the opportunity to meet Swift, taking pictures with the singer.

After Machado’s tragic death, Swift expressed her grief in a heartfelt handwritten note shared on her Instagram story. The “Cruel Summer” hitmaker began, “I can’t believe I’m writing these words, but it’s with a broken heart that I say we lost a fan earlier tonight before my show.”
Overwhelmed with grief, he mentioned the limited information available about the young and beautiful fan, stating: “I can’t tell you how devastated I am by this. There is little information I have other than the fact that she is very beautiful and too young.”

He emphasized his deep sadness and offered his condolences to family and friends, adding: “I will not be able to talk about this from the stage because I am overwhelmed with grief when I try to talk about it. I want to say now that I feel this loss deeply and my heart goes out to his family and friends.”
Swift concluded, “This is the last thing I thought would happen when we decided to bring this tour to Brazil.” The singer later postponed another Rio show, and organizers announced adjustments in the next show.

The decision to ban fans from bringing water bottles to the concert, made by organizers T4F, had dire consequences as more than 1,000 of the 60,000-strong audience fainted before and during the show.
Machado, feeling unwell, sought the help of paramedics and passed out shortly before the show began. He was initially taken to the first aid center and then transferred to Hospital Salgado Filho but arrived without a pulse. Despite more than an hour of resuscitation efforts, he was pronounced dead.
Weiny Machado, Ana’s father, expressed grief over the loss of his daughter, speaking to the newspaper Folha de S.Paulo, stating: “I want to know whether they were actually forbidden to bring water, whether there was negligence in helping. I lost my only daughter, a cheerful and intelligent girl.”
He added: “She will be graduating in psychology next April, saving money. I have no words to express my pain. He left home to fulfill a dream and came back to die.”

follow MirrorTime4Fun, the concert promoter implemented a “special action plan” to deal with the predicted heat wave in the city.
The plan reads: “Given the forecast of increased heat waves in the city, we inform you that we are reinforcing the special action plan carried out for the first day of the show, especially the provision of free water in the queues and at all accesses and entrances to the stadium and inside .”
The company continued, “In this way, new free water distribution points will be available to the public during the event.”
Time4Fun added, “Entering the stadium with closed water glasses and closed processed food will also be allowed, with no limit on items per person. We explain that the need for items to be sealed in accordance with security recommendations.”
The statement concluded: “We also emphasize that the ban on water bottles entering the stadium is a requirement made by public bodies and we do not sell drinks and food, this is the responsibility of the stadium administration.”
