Taylor Swift’s bodyguard has reportedly returned to Israel to volunteer in the Israel Defense Forces amid the war with Hamas.
Unknown security guard, who got online fame during Swift’s “Eras Tour” this summer, posted a picture of her in military gear to her Facebook on Sunday, writing, in part, ‘I Stand with Israel… it shouldn’t just be about someone standing with the only Jewish state. It should be “I stand with humanity!!!”
“While one side protects babies, children and the elderly, the other side uses them as human shields,” he wrote. “It would be an insult to animals around the world to call them ‘animals’ but they are not human. They kill and slaughter families in their beds with family pets!!!! And then they burn down the houses!!!! Just imagine that happening in your own neighborhood, to your next door neighbor or to a family you know.”
Israeli reporter Eran Swissa of “Israel Today” broke the news about Swift’s bodyguard signing up and told Variety on Monday that the bodyguard was born on a kibbutz in Israel but had been working in America.
The bodyguard called being Swift’s bodyguard an “amazing dream job” on Facebook.X/@marleyharper
The guard added on Facebook, “I got a pretty great life in the US… got an amazing dream job that I love, great friends that I call family, and a very comfortable home.”
“I don’t NEED to come here… But I can’t stand on the side of the road while families are slaughtered and burned alive in their homes!!! Just for being Jewish or for being Israeli.”
He continued, “I’m not just standing here with Israel and actually standing here!!! I stand here with humanity… don’t be on the wrong side of history!! Don’t stand on the sidelines and say nothing… Stand with Israel, stand with MAN!!!!!”

The Post has reached out to representatives for Swissa and Swift for comment.
The “Anti-Hero” singer has not publicly addressed the conflict in Israel.
Meanwhile, Swift’s rumored boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs Travis Kelce, 34, acted as her bodyguard over the weekend in New York City.
During their visit, the “Catching Kelce” alum reportedly “told his security guard that he could step aside like he was going to take it from here.”
