Tense Moment On ‘The View’ As Joy Behar CUTS OFF Ana Navarro For Asking THIS Question

Joy Behar has once again snapped at one of her colleagues. Fans of “The View” have watched the TV personality get angry around her co-workers in recent weeks.

This time, Behar came after co-host Ana Navarro after she asked a producer on the show to give her take on a topic.

Behar, elsewhere on the show, also snapped at Navarro after he wasted time talking to the show’s guests when it was time for a commercial break.

Read below for more details.

‘What did you ask him for?’

During a recent episode of “The View,” Behar didn’t take it easy with her co-star Navarro asking questions of the producers during the live broadcast, per Sun.

The duo and other co-hosts debate whether it’s cultural appropriation when non-Indians wear Saris to Indian weddings.

It all started when Navarro revealed that he was going to his first Indian wedding, adding that he was informed that they were extravagant.

Sunny Hostin then suggested that she knew where Navarro could rent a dress, while Behar steered the discussion toward a controversial narrative.

Behar said, “Ana brings up a good point, she doesn’t know if it’s a cultural appropriation to wear a sari to an Indian wedding,” to which Hostin replied, “Not if they ask for it.”

Instead of answering personally, Navarro asked the audience and one of the show’s producers for their views.

He said, “How do we feel? If I wear a sari is it a cultural appropriation, Brian?” Sara Haines and Behar, uncomfortable with the conversation, abruptly cut her off.

While it’s unclear why Behar upset Navarro, she did it again elsewhere in the episode.

This happened while the host was chatting with “Chef’s” Gail Simmons about her exciting travel schedule ahead of the upcoming new season.

During that time, Behar loudly interrupted Navarro as he tried to end the interview and make a commercial.

The first had said to Gail. “By the way, I want you to pick me up when you go to Spain.” In response, Gail said, “I’m in.”

Seemingly upset by Navarro’s actions, Behar looked at the producer, rolled her eyes, and gestured angrily at her co-host.

He followed the gesture with a sharp snap at the panel, adding, “We’ve got to go!”

Behar has always been known for her insightful take on the show, which sometimes results in surprising moments.

Most recently, he sided with Marjorie Taylor Greene after the congresswoman said she was approached by a “crazy” woman while eating at a restaurant.

“I don’t believe that anyone should approach any of us in public and harass us, and that goes for you too, Marjorie,” Behar said during a recent episode, per Daily Mail.

However, Behar points out that Greene is effectively condemning someone for doing something he has been accused of.

He added, “He did this, and now it’s been done to him,’ he said. ‘I have to say that I think it’s very sad that anyone would do anything like that, including him and the person who did it to him.’

The tv personality recently informed viewers that “The View” will also include a weekly segment called “Joy’s Banned Book Club,” which, as the name suggests, will be reviews of books deemed inappropriate for reading.

He shared that the first book to be discussed was a 2005 children’s book And Tango Becomes Threewritten by Justin Richardson and Peter Parnell.

“This is not something curly Grey for penguins,” Behar said at the time, per Deadline. “It’s a sweet and graceful way to introduce children to the concept of accepting same-sex relationships and non-traditional families.”

Behar also mentioned that over 2,500 books were banned in over 5,000 schools last year, including popular titles such as Catcher in Rai, Of Mice and Menand To Kill a Mockingbird.
