Teresa Giudice has insisted that there is no problem in her and her husband, the marriage paradise of Luis “Louie” Ruelas.
The television personality was forced to speak out after numerous allegations surfaced that her marriage of nearly a year was in turmoil. The rumors began amid fan concerns over Ruelas’ often eyebrow-raising behavior, including his decision to wear his wife’s late father’s pajamas, a handful of on-camera tantrums, and a recent harassment lawsuit filed by an ex-fiancé.

A letter from Glancy Prongay & Murray LLP, the law firm investigating Ruelas’ business, known as Digital Media Solutions, Inc., appeared online last month, and it begins:
“Glancy Prongay & Murray LLP (“GPM”) announced its investigation of Digital Media Solutions, Inc (NYSE: DMS) (f/k/a Leo Holdings Corp.) regarding the company and possible violations of state law by its directors and officers. ” The letter then tells investors:
“If you own Digital Media Solutions stock, want to know more about this claim, or have any questions about this announcement or your rights or interests in this matter, please contact GPM’s Tom Kennedy.”

The update has sparked controversy on social media, with many claiming Ruelas is pulling a ‘Jen Shah.’ In case you weren’t aware, Shah is a cast member of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” who is currently serving a six-and-a-half-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to criminal conspiracy charges in July 2022.

The sad business story involving her man didn’t stop Giudice from making an online spectacle when her daughter, Gia, officially graduated from college. The Blast observed at the time that the competitive bodybuilder posted a photo of the 22-year-old wearing a Rutgers University graduation gown and cap on Instagram, along with the caption:
“I am very proud of my faithful and intelligent daughter, Gia, for graduating [from] an excellent university, a great achievement to achieve in life. Seeing you graduate from college was one of the most special moments of my life. You certainly paved the way for success for your siblings, and you are an inspiration to them and me. I am very excited to see your future.”
She later declared that the criminal justice graduate has always been a “leader” and “resolute individual who possesses “admirable” qualities.” The mother of four wrapped up the meaningful tribute, writing:
“I have no doubt you will do nothing less than reach for the stars. I love you to infinity and beyond!??.”
As expected, the celebratory post brought many congratulations dedicated to Gia from her mother’s supporters, including fellow Housewives like Sheree Whitfield, Cynthia Bailey, Garcelle Beauvais and Dolores Catania.
