Teresa Giudice sure knows how to pick them. Her new husband, Luis Ruelas, is being investigated for possible violations of state law.
What in Gen Shah’s Happening Here?

Twitter is abuzz with speculation that Ruelas is the next Jen Shah of the Real Housewives franchise. News indicates that Digital Media Solutions, Inc, the company that Ruelas started and suspiciously withdrew from last year, is being investigated.
The Bravo Babes posted a lawyer’s letter from Glancy Prongay & Murray LLP, the legal team investigating the company. In an announcement released by the law firm, they explained what happened.
“Glancy Prongay & Murray LLP (“GPM”) announces its investigation of Digital Media Solutions, Inc (NYSE: DMS) (f/k/a Leo Holdings Corp.) regarding possible violations of state law by the Company and its directors and officers.
The website lists Ruelas as “Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Business Development.” This doesn’t look great.

The statement also warned those who invested in the company to find out what was going on.
“If you own Digital Media Solutions stock, want to know more about this claim, or have any questions about this announcement or your rights or interests in this matter, please contact Tom Kennedy of GPM.”
Some The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members were confused about the company when Ruelas started it last year after bad luck with a previous company. Margaret Josephs told Jeff Lewis on the Sirius XM morning show that she wasn’t sure and compared it from what she understood at the time to what The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Jen Shah is doing with his company.
It’s not a good comparison considering fans of the show and beyond have seen Shah and his family come under fire over allegations of cheating. He is currently serving 5.5 years for his part in the telemarketing scam.

The show has also proven that Ruelas and Giudice don’t have a lot of support if things like this go down in Teresa’s case again. Her ex-husband Joe Giudice was famously imprisoned for money-related crimes and later deported to Italy.
He currently lives in the Bahamas. Teresa was also imprisoned for the crime and was linked to them, whether she knew what her husband was doing at the time or not. Josephs, sister-in-law Teresa, her brothers Melissa and Joe Gorga, and all the other actors except Jennifer Aydin are already feeling weird about Ruelas and all his dealings.
They are loud in the show.

Indeed, when Ruelas revealed at last year’s reunion that he was asked. Stepping back from his job, the protective family at Bravo wants to know what he’s doing to support Teresa and her “four beautiful daughters,”
Cohen had the entrepreneur on his Radio Andy show and immediately compared his company and Shah’s. Ruelas insists there is a significant difference but ultimately cannot convince Daddy Andy.

Many fans are still not convinced that Ruelas does not attract “Jen Shah” and comment accordingly. “I love that you are on top of all the news! My money’s on Henshaw 2.0,” suggested one follower.
Another follower noted that this is popular in business circles in New Jersey. “I have said that it is well known in some circles in NJ that Louie is a liar ??♀️??♀️.”
