Tessa Angermeier and Ben Savage started their love story in 2018. Now, fast forward to over 4 years of dating in private, the two are engaged to be married!
Sharing the good news first on his IG, Ben wrote, “The best is yet to come.”
For an engagement shoot, the couple smiled as they posed in front of a pool in Owensville, Indiana. They were both dressed casually, although Angermeier wore a diamond sparkler on her ring finger.
Before revealing the big news, Ben also shared some pictures of them together during the holidays.
According to Ben’s representative, “They are both very grateful and enjoying this wonderful time with their family and friends.”
Ben’s wife-to-be, Tessa has always been his number one fan and biggest supporter. Even when the actor runs for West Hollywood City Council in the fall of 2022, Tessa is on hand.
For those who don’t know, Ben is running for a seat on the West Hollywood City Council because he feels “there are serious challenges ahead and West Hollywood deserves sane, honest and strong leadership to meet them.” He felt the need for “new leaders with new perspectives who are willing to start addressing these issues” because “people have become disenchanted with the direction the city is going.”
However, shortly before his nomination, Ben was at the center of his own controversy in the accounts of six female crew members who accused him of sexual harassment. According to reports, women claim to see two very different sides of Fred – a charismatic, seemingly supportive colleague and a much darker and grumpier alter ego. “He can switch to his last persona in an instant, and in moments like that, his eyes will die,” explained one woman.
Obviously, Fred denied the wrongdoing.
