A Texas Southern University tuba player quickly shot down an annoying heckler during Saturday’s football game before continuing to play his instrument.
Video taken from the stands during Saturday’s game between Texas Southern and Jackson State shows the college band’s tuba player bouncing along to the music as a fan starts yelling at him.
A Jackson State fan can be seen in the footage aggressively yelling at the tuba player, who is trying to continue playing with the band.
As if the outburst was enough, the Texas Southern tuba player said something to the man before quickly punching him four times in the face.

The Texas Southern band member then returned to his instrument as if the altercation never happened.
In one recording of the incident, a member of the band can be heard telling an aggressive fan, “F–k off, b—h.”
It was unclear whether the intruder, who stumbled several feet into the stands, was injured in the scuffle. It is also unclear whether the police responded to the incident or if any action has been taken against the gang members.

Texas Southern University eventually lost to Jackson State, 21-19.
It’s not the first violent outburst during a football game this season.
A 53-year-old father of two died after being punched in the face and passed out during a Dolphins-Patriots game on Sept. 17, prompting officials in Foxborough, Massachusetts, to file criminal complaints against the three men they allege are responsible for his death.
