Chuck Lorre has finally reached a settlement in his divorce from his third wife, Arielle Lorre, and has agreed to pay her millions.
The former couple, who married in 2018, initially announced their divorce in 2022 after Chuch filed to legally separate from Arielle, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
According to court documents obtained by Explosion, Chuck had agreed to pay $5 million to Arielle based on their prenuptial agreement. The couple has also agreed to a very detailed non-disclosure agreement that prevents them from sharing about their marriage.

With their divorce proceedings coming to an end, “The Big Bang Theory” creator Chuck Lorre has agreed to pay his ex-partner $5,000,000. According to court documents, Chuck will have to pay Arielle $1 million first and another $4 million after he vacates all of his residences, which he has been doing since February 1.
The legal document also states that the former couple will “bear and pay the outstanding balance of his legal fees and costs, accounting fees and costs and expert fees and costs,” which they incurred during their lengthy divorce process.
Chuck and Arielle have no children, so there is no battle over child support or custody. However, the former couple is the owner of their dog, Harvey, and according to court documents, Harvey will remain in Chuck’s custody. Instead, his ex-partner, Arielle, was given a “liberal tour of Harvey.”

Chuck and Arielle have also agreed to a very detailed and strict non-disclosure agreement in their divorce, which will prevent them from talking about their marriage or writing a storybook at all.
Court documents state that they are both prohibited from providing written or verbal financial information about each other to “Any member of the media, news organization or quasi-news organization, whether on or off the record; and Any television, radio or internet-based personality, talk show host, gossip columnist.”
It further states that Chuck and Arielle are prohibited from “writing a book, or other publication, or facilitating or causing a book or publication to be written.”
They also agree not to post or share sensitive information about themselves on social media “including, but not limited to, internet bulletin boards, blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat” and the like.
