Stevens and DiGiovanni brought guests to the 2022 Country Music Awards, which were held on Wednesday night. The actress walked the event’s red carpet with her husband in tow and a noticeable baby bump that announced they were on their way to welcoming their first child.
“The Bold Type” actress wore a periwinkle gown that put her growing baby bump on full display. The dress has a sequined appliqué in addition to half sleeves that look sheer. For the event, Stevens’ music producer husband, DiGiovanni, wore a brown suit and navy blue button-down shirt.
In the photo of the couple, DiGiovanni is shown cradling his wife’s pregnant belly as they smile for the camera. He primarily won the award for Single of the Year for his efforts as producer of “Buy Dirt,” Jordan Davis, and Luke Bryan’s song.

Although their CMAS appearance on Wednesday was pretty public, neither Stevens nor DiGiovanni said anything about the pregnancy. The couple has yet to announce the news to their many fans on their social media accounts, but despite this, some followers are already following.
On their wedding anniversary in early October, Meghann Fahy, Stevens’ co-star on “The Bold Type,” commented on their celebratory post and called them parents. The comment for weeks read, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOM & DAD.”
“The Bold Type” began airing in 2017 and ended after five seasons. When the series ended, Stevens spoke about his friendships in the cast and revealed that he intends to keep them. While talking to People’s Magazine, Stevens looks back on his marriage to DiGiovanni and reveals when he knew they were meant for each other. The actor recalls, “Our first date was five and a half years ago. After dating for a few months, I knew [he was going to be] my husband.”
“From the moment I met her until now, she made me feel special and more than enough every day.” She also talked about how they both wanted to honor their mothers on their special day by incorporating a piece of her wedding dress into their outfits.
For DiGiovanni, he sewed a piece of his mother’s cloth to the inside of his jacket and covered it with a patch. The music producer lost his mother at 15. Stevens, in the end, wore his mother’s veil to their wedding.
