‘The Hunger Games’ Actor Wes Chatham Joins ‘Star Wars’ Series ‘Ahsoka’

Actor Wes Chatham is the latest famous face to join the galaxy far, far away.

On Wednesday, April 10, Deadline was the first to report that Wes Chatham, who played Castor in the last two films of “The Hunger Games” film franchise, has been cast in the upcoming Disney+ series “Ahsoka,” which is slated to premiere. streaming service in August 2023.

The “Tenet” actor reportedly plays right-hand man to Grand Admiral Thrawn. Actor Lars Mikkelsen, who voiced Thrawn in the animated series, will return to bring the character to live action.

Mikkelsen’s casting was announced at Star Wars Celebration on Saturday, along with news that “Doctor Who” star David Tennant will reprise his role as the droid character Huyang. While footage for other Star Wars series, including “The Acolyte,” “Skeleton Crew,” and “Andor” season 2 was only shown to a live audience at Star Wars Celebration, a first look at “Ahsoka” was also shared on social media on Friday, April 7th.
