Actor Wes Chatham is the latest famous face to join the galaxy far, far away.
Earlier this week, the annual Star Wars Celebration event wrapped up in London. The event, which ran from April 7 to April 10 this year, teased many new actors for the “Star Wars” series “Ahsoka.”
Unfortunately, fans didn’t get to see Wes Chatham, who stars in Amazon’s long-running sci-fi series “The Expanse,” take the stage, as news of his casting didn’t break until Wednesday, April 12.

On Wednesday, April 10, Deadline was the first to report that Wes Chatham, who played Castor in the last two films of “The Hunger Games” film franchise, has been cast in the upcoming Disney+ series “Ahsoka,” which is slated to premiere. streaming service in August 2023.
The “Tenet” actor reportedly plays right-hand man to Grand Admiral Thrawn. Actor Lars Mikkelsen, who voiced Thrawn in the animated series, will return to bring the character to live action.

While footage for other Star Wars series, including “The Acolyte,” “Skeleton Crew,” and “Andor” season 2 was only shown to a live audience at Star Wars Celebration, a first look at “Ahsoka” was also shared on social media on Friday, April 7th.
On Saturday morning, star Rosario Dawson told a live audience gathered for the “Ahsoka” panel that she appreciates Ahsoka’s voice actress, Ashley Eckstein, for taking the character from where fans first met her in “The Clone Wars” all the way to “Rebels.”
