‘The Originals’ Star Claire Holt Announces Pregnancy With Baby Bump Debut At Cannes: ‘Me & No. 3’

Claire Holt has revealed that she grows a family of four to five. The “Vampire Diaries” star was at the Cannes film festival recently and posed on the red carpet with her baby bump. Holt also shared a photo of her time at the festival on her Instagram story and captioned it, “Me & no 3.”

Former “Vampire Diaries” co-star Nina Dobrev commented on the post, “Omg Claire!!!!! YES!!!!!! Congratulations.” Actress Mandy Moore also commented, “Awwww, congrats, man!!!”

In her IG Stories, Holt shared a slice of French bread and wrote, “This baby loves French bread.”

The actress then posted a photo of her husband, Andrew Joblon, and daughter, Elle, on her story. He wrote that he was “the luckiest” because Joblon “runs the business at home” and added that “Elle is excited (duh).”

In another Cannes red carpet photo shared on Instagram, Holt shared more details of her pregnancy. She wrote, “Also, apparently with your 3rd baby you got a bump when you tested positive. Why do I already look eight months pregnant?”

Holt was in Cannes for the premiere of Martin Scorsese’s latest film. For the red carpet, the actress wore a gorgeous halter dress by Lanvin and accessorized with Alexandre Birman Nina Zircone stiletto sandals.

Holt posed beautifully on the red carpet and hugged her baby bump to show off her pregnancy glow. “Killers of the Flower Moon” premiered to a nine-minute standing ovation at the film festival. The film has a stellar cast, including Robert De Niro, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Lily Gladstone.

In a 2018 Instagram post, Holt wrote that the miscarriage left her “not wanting to hold out hope.” He added, per Page Six“I debated sharing this so soon, and I’m still afraid to go public with such a personal struggle, but I’m doing it anyway because it’s important.”
