Royal expert Jonathan Sacerdoti spoke to Us Weekly and shared that he thinks the Royal family might reconcile with Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan. The reporter said the peace might be temporary, but it was for the sake of the coming coronation of King Charles III.

He stated, “I suspect that some effort is underway to try and make some form of reconciliation … I think because they don’t want to [family tensions] to talk about what happened on that very important day. During Sacerdoti’s conversation with Us Weekly, he also noted that Harry’s statements about his interactions with his family are not a good sign that the reconciliation will last. He said: “I think Harry and Meghan have said they expect an apology, but I don’t think many people agree that it should be.”

Sacerdoti continued, “Some individuals in [Spare] — the king, the queen, and the Prince of Wales — all come out of the book very badly. They were criticized so widely by Harry, criticized so badly in some quarters, that I think they probably feel very sick about this.”

The Oxford alum then explained that the Royal family may have remained silent amid all the criticism because they did not want to provoke Harry and Meghan further.
