The actress showed exactly how she has started her days since she and Hardrict decided to separate after 22 years together. The couple share two children — 11-year-old Cree and four-year-old Cairo.

Mowry took to her Instagram feed to release a reel showcasing her morning routine, which begins with picking up an affirmation card. From there, he stepped into the bathroom, where he washed his hair and shaved his legs.
Once she was done, she went into her large wardrobe to change into an orange sweatshirt combo, style her hair and make a cup of tea. Mowry took his cup to the pool area where he worked.
She was joined by her baby daughter, Cairo, who allowed her mother to kiss her cheek. The clip, set to “Free Mind” by Nigerian singer Tems, ends with the “Baggage Claim” actress smiling at the camera and sipping her tea. The “Sister, Sister” star partially captioned the clip:
“With a new chapter comes anxiety, uncertainty, and fear. Having a routine helps me clear my mind and hit the reset button.”
The former singer explained that her morning routine has nothing to do with “being perfect, but about finding a ritual that reminds me that pouring into my own cup helps me feel more grounded as I navigate this new chapter in my life.”
She adds that it’s easier for her to practice “daily gratitude, be more productive and focused, and thus, become a better version of myself” when she can “enjoy a slow start.”

Mowry began sharing details of her ‘new normal’ as soon as news of her divorce became public. The Blast shared that the mother of two revealed that she is learning to balance being a single mother and taking care of herself amid life changes. In his words:
“I think, especially as a mother who wears many different hats, I’m always in survival mode. I’m always making sure everybody’s okay, everybody’s alive, everybody’s healthy, everybody’s fed, and making sure everybody’s okay, they don’t have holes in their socks, etc.”
The 44-year-old woman also emphasized that even in her busy new life, she is learning to live in the moment.

The Blast reports that Mowry appreciates the love his fans have shown him over the years. To that end, the “Family Reunion” star has uploaded three images in which she poses next to a vintage Corvette parked on the side of a sandy dune.
While the first photo is a black-and-white photo, the second photo is colorful and shows viewers her monochrome shirt dress and black stilettos. In the accompanying caption, the “Hot Chick” actress wrote:
