Tiffany Haddish vowed to do better and control her actions after her arrest that made headlines over the weekend.
The comedian was arrested for a second time on suspicion of DUI (Driving Under the Influence) after he fell asleep behind the wheel in Beverly Hills.

The “Girls Trip” actress explained that she had a long Thanksgiving that started by feeding the less fortunate at The Laugh Factory before delivering the Holiday Special.
He was also seen frolicking and dancing with yacht rock band Yächtley Crëw during their performance at the El Rey Theater, according to Post’s Instagram post. Despite not being open about her alcohol consumption, Haddish reportedly took some accountability for her actions, telling ET Online:
“I’m going to get help so I can learn balance and boundaries.”
The talented stand-up comedian also declared and assured that “this will never happen again.” Haddish also gave a glimpse of what happened that fateful day before the police took her in.
He claimed that his Tesla parked itself when he fell asleep at the wheel. However, he blocked part of the road, which attracted the attention of the authorities. As we reported, Haddish was seen being handcuffed by Beverly Hills police officers early Friday morning around 5:45am.
The Los Angeles native allegedly flipped over with the engine running, attracting the attention of concerned onlookers who called police. His vehicle stopped in the middle of Beverly Drive. He was immediately handcuffed and taken to the station when the police arrived at the scene.
He was charged on suspicion of driving under the influence and later released. This isn’t Haddish’s first DUI charge, as she was arrested for the same thing in January 2022.
Likewise, the “Nobody’s Fool” actor was arrested in Atlanta after police responded to a call about someone falling asleep behind the wheel. Haddish was charged with DUI and making an improper stop on the road and was released after posting a $1,666 bond.

The trial for the 2022 DUI case is set to begin on December 4, where Haddish will appear in court. Despite the bad case, the comedian has done what he knows – make jokes – about the arrest.
Less than 24 hours after landing in police custody, Haddish took the stage to deliver laughs during an appearance at Long Beach’s Laugh Factory. When an audience member asked about the events of “last night,” the 43-year-old joked about how the incident resulted in his prayer for a man in uniform being answered, causing people to lose him.

While the Emmy Award winner played down her second arrest, sources claim the opposite is true for her family and friends, who are deeply concerned about her well-being.
An insider told Page Six that Haddish’s loved ones believe she’s hiding her true feelings behind a “fake smile.” Therefore, he has to make fun of his arrest during the show.
“Tiffany likes to drink and have a good time, but her friends noticed that she drank more during the holidays,” the source claims. “We thought he might be lonely and hiding behind a fake smile.”
The informant continued, “It’s surprising because he’s worked so hard to get to where he is. He always talks about his hardships about being broke, homeless, and living in his car. But now that he has found the success he always dreamed of, a new demon has surfaced in the form of alcohol.”
The source added, “We love the fact that he can move on from this and turn this life situation into part of his comedy routine. But we’re worried.”

While Common described the split as “mutual,” Haddish denied it during an interview with the Washington Post, saying, “It’s more that she said, ‘I think this relationship has worked out.’ And I was like, ‘OK. Like, you’re going to be a 50-year-old single guy. OKAY?’
