Tiger Woods is absolutely shocked that his ex, Erica Herman is using a sexual abuse survivor’s lawsuit to get $30 million from him.

The golfer claims that Erica is a “cheated on ex-girlfriend” and disagrees with his move to revoke their NDA because of a sexual assault case that he denies happened. Court documents were filed today and obtained by Page Six.
Tiger claims that Erica has no right to invoke the federal Speak Out Act because no sexual assault occurred. Furthermore, the golfer claims that Erica looks like a liar because in the $30 million lawsuit she has against him she checked “NO” on the box that specifically asked “does this case involve allegations of sexual abuse.”
This alone, Tiger believes is enough to close this lawsuit. Tiger argues that Erica is only using serious law to get her day in public court as opposed to private mediation as prescribed by the NDA.
Tiger believes he knew that the seriousness of the allegations coupled with his fame would draw attention.

The professional athlete blasted Erica in court documents for abusing the law to publicly hurt her. “Ms. Herman’s position is really not worth it,” said Tiger’s statement.
“It is an abuse of transparent judicial process that undermines the purpose of the federal statute and those whom the statute seeks to protect.” Also, Erica never once, mentioned Tiger negatively, especially not coupled with physical abuse.
Tiger responded to the lawsuit and asked the court to enforce the NDA and its arbitration provision. Erica and Tiger dated for six years which was part of the good times plus when they broke up, he still provided “household and financial support” for Erica even after their Halloween split.

Erica is the former general manager of one of Tiger’s restaurants and maybe this is how the two of them met. She claims that after the breakup, Tiger’s agent locked her out of the Florida home they shared.
The way he did it was shady AF according to her, he pulled her out of the house with a surprise vacation.
“They then informed him that he was not allowed to return to his residence,” he later claimed that he was approached by Tiger’s lawyer who tried to cover their tracks and “finish the crime they were doing.”

Team Tiger also contends that Erica is not a tenant, and that she is not covered under any tenant action. Tiger feels like he’s overstepping his bounds for his ex by letting him have a say in the house until recently.
She is seeking $30 million to rehabilitate her after Tiger allegedly promised to let her stay in the house for an undisclosed period and is said to be embarrassed by being kicked out.
Again, he didn’t say that Tiger had wronged him in any way, so the golfer thinks he has a pretty good case.
