Myers’ Pregnancy Announcement Goes Viral!
Myers and her husband Jonas, have shared many glimpses of their lives thanks to Elyse’s TikTok success.
Recently, the two of them were able to share life’s blessed moments with Elyse’s followers; Elyse and Jonas announced their family will have a new addition in September! The couple announced Elyse’s pregnancy in a sweet TikTok inspired by “The Office” last month. Jenna Fischer, who memorably played Pam Beesley on the show, congratulated the couple!
Myers’ announcement ended up not landing on every corner of the internet! Elyse was then forced to make another TikTok pregnancy announcement after some followers missed the initial video; she adapted the second announcement to be a manual for announcing pregnancy online.
One of her tips is to not let the video revolve around old TV shows; The final episode of “The Office” will be 10 years old in May!
Myers described the choice as “too specific. People won’t understand that it’s an announcement and they’ll think it’s a really weird ad for a show that went off the air 10 years ago.”
She then advises to “Keep it short, under 10 seconds, otherwise people will miss it and you’ll spend the next nine months announcing your pregnancy every time you post.”
As many TikTok creators probably know, the app’s algorithm has a lot to do with a video’s success. Myers addresses this in the next tip, writing, “Move to number three, the algorithm will decide for you.” She later revealed most TikTok users had found out she was pregnant through TikTok then about craving cereal and chocolate chips together!
According to our report, Myers’ TikTok on his wish generated 12 million views while his initial announcement only reached 3.1 million. One of his followers commented on the video and confirmed they thought the TikTok cereal was Myers’ announcement!
Myers Finds An Unlikely Dance Partner In Penn Badgley, But There’s A Twist!
Myers showed off some great footwork in a TikTok set to Meghan Trainor’s viral song “Made You Look.” A certain TV star did see his TikTok: Penn Badgley would later ‘duet’ the video with some moves of his own!
“You” star and frontman Mothxr made an unforgettable impression after joining the app; His debut TikTok paid homage to Joe Goldberg’s “You” character and used Taylor Swift’s “Anti-Hero” in the background.
Myers and Badgely then connected on her “Made You Look” TikTok comment section; she excitedly wrote, “Penn, you really nailed it [laughing emoji].” He then replied, “No lie, I learned it reflected and then watched you again and had to reverse it which was very difficult.”
The couple’s duet will continue to make a giant impact! Jimmy Fallon showed the clip during Badgely’s appearance on “The Tonight Show” from last night!
He will commemorate the big moment with TikTok; Myers had a conversation with himself, revealing all the details.
“You were on the ‘Tonight Show’ last night!” one Myers told the other.
“Oh god, because I’m telling a story?” another asked.
“mmm-mm,” he said.

A mirror version of Myers then sees himself opening a laptop revealing footage of Badgley’s appearance and a clip where the couple’s TikTok is shown!
He grimaced for a moment and asked, “Is there any context, or is that all?”
“That’s all,” Myers first replied.
‘Mirrored’ Myers then realized how exciting the moment was and stated, “STILL CONSIDERING! PUT IT ON MY RESUME!”
