While rising to fame, he began dating fellow TikToker Sarah-Jade Bleau. The couple’s relationship was put on the fast track and the couple got married on March 14, 2021.

However, their love story was not meant to last. SJB filed documents in November 2021 to legally separate from Lopez.

Legal documents set the separation date as November 19, 2021.
Lopez and SJB have no children together.
SJB asked the court to terminate the court’s ability to grant spousal support to both parties.
They also have no common property to divide.

It also didn’t help that Lopez was accused of sexually assaulting two underage women in 2020.
In a lawsuit obtained by PEOPLEHL Doe and CH Doe sued the social media star for trying to force them to have sex.
They also claim Lopez has been asking for explicit photos ever since, despite knowing they were minors.
“This case arises out of the injuries suffered by the minor Plantiffs after they were persuaded, cajoled, coerced and groomed to either perform physical sexual acts and/or send prohibited and obscene child pornography images, to the Defendants, as a result of the Defendants. illegal act,” the suit claims. “Tony Lopez knew that HL Doe, CH Doe, and other victims not named in the Complaint, were minors.”
Lopez denied the allegations through a statement to the outlet.
“This allegation is not true at all. I have never sent nude photos to these women and have not asked them to send me photos. And I certainly wouldn’t have sex with someone who told me they were underage,” he said. “All these things seem like money grabs to me. I will fight it to the end. I will not allow them to continue to slander my name and attack my character.”
According to the lawsuit, HL Doe claims he and Lopez engaged in sexual activity including both oral and vaginal intercourse on January 4, 2020.
At the time of the alleged sexual encounter, HL Doe said he was 16, but was actually 15.

Later that month, HL Doe claimed they had sex again.
She said Lopez asked her to keep their relationship a secret.
In the same court document, CH Doe claims he met Tony in April 2020 when he was invited to Hype House by co-founder Tomas Petrou.
He claimed to have met Lopez and exchanged social media handles with her and gave her phone number.
“Tony Lopez acknowledged many times the fact that CH Doe was a minor and would usually tell her to ‘Stop being 16 [years old]’, among other things referring to the fact that he was still a minor,” the lawsuit said.
CH went on to claim that despite knowing she was 16 at the time, Tony began asking her for nude photos, including one message saying “Show me your boobs.”
He also claims Lopez sent him pictures of his exposed penis and repeatedly asked him to meet her for sex.
According to the lawsuit, Tony “forced and solicited CH Doe to perform sexual acts on him.”
The teenager is also suing Hype House, Petrou and co-founder Chase Hudson for negligence.
SJB did not mention this lawsuit or sexual battery in the divorce filing.
