Tina Knowles will defend her daughter Beyoncé after rumors surfaced that the legendary singer “bleached” her skin.
Over Thanksgiving weekend, Beyoncé and her team attended the premiere of her highly anticipated film, “Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé” in Los Angeles.
Queen B opted for an all silver look and platinum hair in keeping with the futuristic silver theme of the Renaissance era. However, her appearance sparked speculation that the record-breaking Grammy winner had lightened her skin — something Mama Tina couldn’t accept.
Tina Knowles Denies Accusations From ‘Bozos’
Three days after the eventful premiere, Tina Knowles took to Instagram to finally address rumors her daughter looked “whiter” than usual. She shared a compilation clip that begins with a photo of Beyoncé at the premiere of her movie with a critique plastered on it, followed by a photo of her daughter’s past as a “brown-skinned girl.”

“She’s not a black woman,” “She bleached her skin,” and “She lied about her origins” were among the many fan comments that seemed to catch Ms. Tina’s attention.
“Stumbled upon this today and decided to post it after seeing all the stupid, ignorant, hateful racist statements about her, lightening her skin, and wearing platinum hair because she wants to be white,” Ms Knowles began her rant against critics.
He continued, explaining a fairly obvious reason why Beyoncé’s skin looks brighter. “She made a movie called The Renaissance, where the whole theme was silver with silver hair, silver carpets, and suggested silver clothes, and you bozos decided she was trying to be a white woman and bleach her skin?”
For the screening of her tour documentary, Beyoncé took center stage in a sparkling strapless silver Versace gown, paired with long gloves and matching sandal heels.
Queen Bey ditched her trademark honey blonde hair color for a straight platinum style to match the event’s theme of “Cozy Opulence.”
The mother of two was not at all happy with people of African-American descent running with information on social media. “How sad is it that there are among his own people continuing that stupid narrative with hatred and jealousy? Duh, she wears silver hair to match her silver outfit as a fashion statement clown… ALIEN Superstar duh,” she wrote, referencing her daughter’s hit song.
Tina Knowles Says ‘White Women’ Contacted About Beyoncé’s Appearance
Perhaps what made Mama Knowles angry and push her aside was a white woman approaching Beyoncé’s stylist asking about her appearance.
“What’s sad is that a white woman has the audacity to call Neal Beyonces hair stylist from TMZ to say that a fan is saying she wants to be white and she wants a statement from Neal about it. Well, my blood is boiling!”
The distraught mother explained that she is baffled “that this white woman feels so entitled to discuss her blackness,” but what upsets her most is that black people are “lying and pretending” on social media. “Yeah, you bozos,” he angrily declared.
The 69-year-old explained that black women always wear platinum hair and they are always subject to accusations of “whitewashing” at one point or another. “Are they all trying to be white?” he demanded. “I am sick and tired of people attacking him [Beyoncé].”
He continued, “Every time he does something he does, and is a statement of his work ethic, talent and resilience. Here, you sad little haters come out of the woodwork.”
Ms. Knowles called out the trolls’ “jealousy, racism, sexism and double standards” that persist every time the “Cuff It” singer releases a project. “Instead of celebrating your sister or just ignore her if you don’t like her. I’m sick of you losers,” he complained.

The famous fashion designer later said that his daughter did not really approve of his message. “I know he’s going to scold me for doing this, but I’m fed up! This girl minds her own business. He helps people whenever he can. She uplifts & promotes black women and the underdog at all times.”
