His Son Owen Blackledge Is A Baseball Player
Todd and Cherie’s youngest son, Owen Blackledge, is currently a sophomore at Texas Christian University. He had played high school baseball for North Canton. As a senior at North Canton, Owen earned first-team All-Ohio and first-team all-Stark County district honors. Owen, who is 6’3, plays the infield. Owen started four of nine games in his rookie season in 2022.
His first four starts were as designated hitters. After that year, Owen was selected to the 2022 Big 12 Academic All-Rookie Team. Owen played in five games and had a .250 batting average in his sophomore year.
