Chrisley will be allowed minimal contact with his visitors.
He is allowed to share brief hugs, kisses and hold hands, but no other physical contact is allowed.
Todd will serve 12 years in prison plus 16 months of probation, while his wife, Julie Chrisley, will serve seven years in prison and 16 months of probation.

Despite being found guilty, Todd and Julie remain innocent.
They also revealed that they intend to appeal the sentence for a better result. After appearing in court and receiving their sentences in November, Alex Little of Burr & Forman LLP, their attorney, spoke to People’s Magazine.
Chrisley’s parents were found guilty of wire fraud and obstruction of justice.
The US Attorney’s Office stated that before the couple became reality TV stars, they submitted false bank statements, audit reports and personal financial statements to banks to obtain millions of dollars in fraudulent loans and then spent the money on luxury cars, designer clothes, real estate, and travel and use new fraudulent loans to repay old loans.

Speak to many people, Lindsie describes how Todd and Julie lived their last days before prison.
“My parents often say, and I believe they’ve also said on their podcast, that basically in the moment it’s living every day like it’s your last, enjoying the moment, spending time with their kids in Nashville,” he said.
Lindsie has a rocky relationship with Todd and Julie, but it’s clear she supports them from afar.
“Of course I spend time with my parents on the phone because I also share custody rights [with my ex-husband William Campbell]. So I don’t have the luxury of just picking up and going to Nashville and being there until January,” he admitted. “But my parents certainly dedicated their time to therapy and Bible study and being with their children.”
He said the entire Chrisley family is “adjusting to our new normal now.”
