NFL star Tom Brady hasn’t had the best of times since divorcing his wife of 13 years, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen. The couple announced their separation in October last year after facing various issues centered around the athlete’s return to the NFL field.
Bündchen seems to have moved on since then, judging by the many fun events with her jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente. The supermodel also returned to modeling and appeared in a Louis Vuitton campaign earlier this year.
Brady, on his end, recently suffered a tough loss to the Dallas Cowboys during the NFL playoffs. Recent reports also claim that the quarterback has had trouble focusing mentally since his divorce and has lost a significant amount of weight in the past few weeks.

While Bündchen seems to be thriving after the divorce, the same can’t be said for Brady. Since the split late last year, the NFL quarterback has reportedly lost 15 pounds and is allegedly struggling with mental focus. Bündchen, however, appears to have moved in with her jiu-jitsu instructor Valente and returned to modeling.
Brady and his squad, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, previously suffered an embarrassing loss during the NFL playoffs against the Dallas Cowboys. Jeff Darlington, an ESPN NFL reporter via Page Sixnoted that the athlete has faced significant struggles since calling off his marriage to Bündchen.
“There’s no denying the offense never happened … but Brady also knows his mental focus has been gone for most of the season,” the reporter said in a clip on Thursday. Darlington also talked about Brady’s significant weight loss since his divorce.
“His physical stature, faced with a 15-pound weight loss, is also in jeopardy,” he added.

A source claims the Brazilian model had warned Brady before the divorce that he was too old to play, and now he’s had the “last laugh”.
“Gisele made fun of the way Tom played after his team lost to the Dallas Cowboys,” they said. “He told her she was too old to play anymore, and his decision to come back for another season was the reason she dumped him.”
“Now he’s getting the last laugh,” the insider added. “He was really rubbing his nose. She wants Tom to know she thinks she did wrong — and their two children — wrong.”

Just days after they announced their divorce which was finalized in October last year, Bündchen was spotted with her jiu-jitsu instructor Valente on a Costa Rica vacation with their two children. Since then, they have been spotted at several other events, one of which featured them jogging together in a sweat.
Bündchen and Valente were recently spotted riding a horse together while the model had a big smile on her face. Both of them have not posted anything to confirm their relationship status.
Although it was previously stated that they have a “strictly professional” relationship, the two were recently described as very close with a special bond, according to a People magazine report.
