The wannabe musician has settled on this Sandoval thing and has taken it upon himself to defend Leviss and his mental health. The reality star was spotted randomly in another parking lot ‘when she was asked about Leviss.
Fans have been wondering if Leviss is at the facility or just the spa; Sandoval told the news organization that he is getting help and that people should mind their business. And according to People, he meant co-stars Peter Madrigal and Dayna Kathan, who have online insinuated that Leviss is hiding out at the spa.

Sandoval was recently in Arizona, where the facility Leviss was supposed to live. When asked specifically if he visited his facility, he said no. The facility where he lives does not allow visitors or day passes for patients.
Madrigal and Kathan had similar feelings about Leviss’ stay at the facility. He says it’s “Not a mental facility! It’s a Spa Resort.” Kathan commented on another post and said, “She’s at the spa,” both acting as if they knew anything about Leviss. Sandoval was unimpressed by the judgmental comments.

Sandoval has insisted that he is not in a relationship with Leviss, and that the two are taking time to manage their personal lives. It was revealed in early April that Leviss’ parents had tried to get him into a facility before the scandal broke.
A representative for the family told PEOPLE. “Raquel and her family decided before the relationship became known that she would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling.” The statement is revealing. “He was scheduled to attend the pre-meeting but decided he wanted to end his filming commitments. Bravo and the production are aware and supportive of his journey to better mental health.”
And don’t worry, it’s not rehab for substance abuse; Leviss treatment is for “mental health and trauma therapy.”

Both are just trying to get on with life, it seems, and some fans are still hurt, but let’s put things into perspective; they both apologized; one is better than the other, but let’s not get into the nitty-gritty.
Leviss apologized in March, shortly after the news broke:
“Besides the indefensible circumstances surrounding our relationship, my feelings for Tom have always been sincere and born of a loving friendship. Knowing how many people we hurt, I must understand my choices and learn to improve myself. I need to take care of my health, work on my personal growth and take time to be ok with being alone. I care about Tom and don’t want to label anything or predict what will happen. Now, I have to heal.”

Sandoval’s apology was similar, vague and random:
“I would like to apologize in advance to all the people I hurt through this process. Most importantly, I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt the people I loved. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and openly. I can only imagine how devastating this is for Ariana and everyone around us,” he continued. “I feel horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I didn’t respect Ariana. I never intended to disappoint so many people, including our loving family and friends.”
Hopefully, Leviss’ treatment works well for him, and he’ll learn some important coping mechanisms for next season, which will certainly be challenging for everyone involved.
