NBA star Lamar Odom has filed a lawsuit against his former manager Tonita Bybee seeking more than $1 million in damages. He has made several allegations against her which Tonita has responded to on her social media.

PageSix Reported, Lamar Odom has filed a lawsuit for more than $1 million against his former manager Tonita Bybee, alleging that she used false paperwork to try to foreclose on a Brooklyn home that has been in his family for nearly 30 years. The athlete/reality star said in court documents that he fired Tonita as his manager in May 2022 due to dishonest activities related to his real estate holdings.
The resident of Queens, New York, claimed that Tonita engaged in a “fraudulent transfer” when she sold the home she owned and had been in her family “for nearly three decades.”

Tonita “acted with malice, wanton dishonesty, and a high degree of immorality,” according to Lamar’s legal documents. He informed the court that he had been involved in “various other iterations of fraud,” including identity theft, embezzlement and embezzlement. In court documents, Lamar claims Bybee continued to hire him for jobs and collect payments after he fired him in May 2022.
Lamar also alleged that Bybee engaged in the unauthorized use of his name, signature, likeness, social security number, employer identification number at one of his companies, verified social media accounts and email addresses. He captioned the post and wrote, “Please swipe and see WHO signed, please Google the address of the property before you carelessly accuse someone of such a horrible horrible crime, please do your own due diligence before you face some legal action and I I am suing every media outlet for NOT doing their job and reporting and reposting FALSE information that could ruin my small company!!”
He then added, “I’m dropping a suit like Oprah giving away a car !! @lamarodom put on the buttercup we’re going to war !! And your advisor better have deep pockets !! Cause I’m coming receipt ?.”
