The Bravo TV star is plugging back in! She and Biermann have decided to give their marriage another go. It’s worth it after more than 10 years of marriage. Zolciak filed the required paperwork today.
Maybe the couple going to church as a family on the weekend was the moment they decided not to give up. He asked that it be dismissed “without prejudice.” Since Biermann also filed his own divorce papers, he now has to file a dismissal for all of this to be legal or else it just means he’s the only one who wants a divorce now.
However, it was reported by TMZ that the former professional football player would reject his papers as well. It was a healing move if not for anyone but the four young children they shared.

The couple’s divorce lasted two months and in that time, a year’s worth of drama has subsided. The most recent was about two weeks ago when Biermann accused Zolciak and his close friend of kidnapping.
And while they have devoted themselves to taking care of their children first, it is those children that they use against each other. Zolciak wanted Biermann to comply with a follicular drug test because he allegedly overdosed on marijuana.
Biermann wanted his then-estranged wife to undergo a psychological evaluation and parenting classes, the latter of which she proudly did. She felt as if she needed help on how to act around children.

The couple fought over everything! Which house should stay and who should go, custody of the children, and above all, their bad habits. Biermann slams Zolciak for gambling away most of their money.
She also accused him of speaking inappropriately to her and not giving her the space she needed such as refusing to leave the toilet so she could use the shower in peace. The house was allegedly a war zone and both had to take sides.
Police have made several visits to the home for domestic disturbances, nothing physical but disputes that require legal assistance.

It has to be said that at first, it was hard to believe that the seemingly infatuated Zolciak and Biermann were actually divorced. Almost everyone believed for a solid two weeks that this was some kind of hoax, prank, publicity stunt… something but what was it.
Now it’s kind of hard to believe that after all the horrible things they’ve said to each other and done to each other that they’re going to get back together and try a fresh start.
