Taking to her Instagram Stories, the Los Angeles native shared a screenshot of her messaging app. The image captures the entertainer’s alleged conversation with a real estate agent, who finds his family’s mold dilemma amusing.

In the snap, a man named Robert Vinson randomly contacted the “Scream 2” actor with the text: “Newest strange investigation.” Confused by his words, the mother of five replied: “Excuse me? I assumed it wasn’t meant for me.”
The realtor didn’t know he was texting the TV personality as he gossiped about the 50-year-old’s housing issues, labeling his pain “funny”. Vinson’s message was read. “It’s more about Karen. Tori Spelling has asked for a month’s rent. If you follow the situation on TMZ, it’s all funny.”
Unfazed by the estate agent’s lack of sympathy, the Young Artist Award winner shouted: “This is Tori Spelling. Wow! Empathy and human kindness are prioritized. Kids in crisis are funny.”
Spell’s fury could not be contained by his clapping as he continued to release his overlay text, revealing the identity of the land broker to his followers. “And, this man is a father! I think I have too much hope that people will lead with kindness,” lamented the media personality.
“Shame on you, Robert Vinson @vinsongroup real estate! My five children have mold poisoning, and we need a home, and this is how you treat people? Mocking their situation?” The Los Angeles native slammed the businessman.
Following his public outcry against the allegedly insensitive property salesman, the entrepreneur soon regretted clashing with the “CelebraTORI” author. Vinson told PageSix that he has received many messages from Spelling’s fans.
However, the real estate agent believes he did nothing wrong because his actions followed protocol. “Celebrity impersonation is a craze in Hollywood. As a real estate broker, I have a fiduciary responsibility to ensure the identity of the people we deal with,” the entrepreneur claimed.

According to the businessman, he contacted the TV personality about the month-long rental, reportedly texting him, “How can I confirm it’s you” because he believed the deal was a “scam.”
However, Vinson insists he didn’t hear back from the performer until their viral text exchange. “I never received a call back from that text. I am now being publicly shamed for my due diligence,” the land agent cried, adding that he had to apologize following the “rude” backlash he received.
“’I’m sorry about the message. A single mother raised me, and I understand the challenges you face. When you didn’t call me, I thought I was tricked by someone pretending to be you,’” the text of her alleged apology to Spell read.

According to the actor, he thought the disease was caused by his children contracting a disease at school. However, further investigation revealed a severe fungal attack, and the Los Angeles resident and the child were forced to evacuate their home until further notice.
