Tori Spelling has found herself in yet another nasty housing situation after she was forced to vacate her current home by police for a neighbor barricaded with an assault rifle.
The ‘90210’ actor was reportedly forced to leave in a commotion as a neighbor had holed up with an AR-15 assault weapon and a reported hostage.

According to several reports, Tori was seen leaving her rental home in Los Angeles on Wednesday, October 18, following a situation involving a gunman neighbor who was eventually arrested following the standoff.

A SWAT team was on the scene and was seen chasing the African-American man, who was wearing a white T-shirt and blue basketball shorts, away with his hands handcuffed behind his back.
The “BH90210” actor looked disheveled and distressed, wearing a simple yellow T-shirt with baggy dungaree cargo pants, and blue-white sneakers. She covered her hair with a black beanie while wearing large glasses. The television personality managed to accessorize with a choker.
At one point, the “Story Telling” actor was seen running down the street clutching his iPhone. Later, as other spectators joined him, the 50-year-old bowed his head and bowed.

This year has been less than ideal for the “Scary Movie 2” actress with regards to her housing situation and also her relationship with her estranged husband, Dean McDermott. It all started in May when the California native opened up about dealing with a mold situation in her home that was making her children sick.
In an Instagram post, Tori uploaded a photo of her children in the hospital — one of her children is seen lying in a hospital bed — lamenting, “Let’s talk about MOLD. Here we are again at Urgent Care. We’ve all been through this constant cycle of sickness for months. ill Be Better. To be sick again.”
He continued, “It used to be thought… well, that’s what happens when you have young children at school. They keep bringing illnesses home. But, when it gets to the point where they’re sicker at home than they are at school, we have to reassess what happen.”
Tori revealed that she hired an inspector and found “extreme mold in our house.” “We now know that when the house is labeled as a health hazard and uninhabitable, that word is a FACT. We now GOT IT! It’s hard to uproot a big family,” he wrote.

After that, the daughter of film producer Aaron Spelling moved into a $100-a-night motel with her five children. However, the family soon upped and moved into an RV home with the kids. The group was spotted at a Ventura County campground in a Sunseeker E450 RV, and Tori has been actively sharing photos from their daily lives.
Sources say McDermott is unhappy with his living situation because he believes his estranged wife is doing it for “sympathy.” Insiders claim the actress is “furious,” and family friends are worried for Tori.

The two were seen holding hands and looking cozy during the walk. According to reports, the couple met while working on a project together with the “creative development team” at the health and human services organization.
