According to reports, the musician is accused of violently assaulting two individuals at a bowling alley in October, with one of them being hospitalized.

Police were alerted after a woman accused the “Na Na” singer of mass abusing her in October. A New York police source said TMZ that the alleged victim reported Songz for repeatedly punching her in the face in a bowling alley restroom in October.

Although it is not clear what happened between them, the woman involved is reported to be an employee at the establishment.

The woman also claimed Songz pulled her hair, leading to hospitalization for what police described as minor injuries. The police became interested in talking to the artist to get his perspective on the situation after a case was opened to investigate the allegations.

In reaction to the allegations, the “Heart Attack” singer honored the police call and willingly turned himself in, according to a source TMZ report.

Songz reported himself to the NYPD, where he was processed, given a desk appearance citation for assault, and later released. The musician has also been accused of punching a second victim, a man, in the eye.

The singer’s attorney, Mitch Schuster, told the news outlet, “We have been proactively communicating with NY law enforcement, the DA, and everyone involved.”

“While we will work respectfully and proactively through all appropriate channels, we are confident that Trey will be fully cleared of any wrongdoing.”

In the $20 million lawsuit, “Mr. stole the girl,” as he was also known, allegedly allegedly raped a woman at a house party.

Jane Doe who claims they had consensual intercourse until Songz suddenly turned into a “brutal rapist” filed a lawsuit against the popular R&B star, per TMZ.

The woman claims the singer invited her to a house party in Los Angeles, after which he took her upstairs for what she thought was consensual sex. Instead, he claims that Songz asked him several times if he could “grab that **” on the way upstairs, to which he repeatedly said “no” and ordered him to stop.

She insisted that someone walked in at one point during the incident, leaving her optimistic that the ordeal would end, but the person quickly left, prompting the singer to allegedly continue to rape her.

He continued, saying that after being hospitalized, medical tests revealed he had a “serious anal tear that may require surgery.” However, he has withheld Songz’s name from the police because he was “shocked and afraid for his life.”

Songz’s legal team successfully argued that the statute of limitations had passed long before the accuser filed her complaint, leading to the dismissal of the rape action last November.

It will also be recalled that Songz was released in April following a sexual assault investigation related to an event that took place in Las Vegas in November 2021.

An investigation by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department resulted in no criminal charges being brought against the singer, according to Daily Mail. However, the case can be reopened if additional evidence is found.
