Lindsay Pulsipher ended her marriage to her partner, Peter Logan Fahey, and the filing included some heartbreaking financial details.
According to exclusive documents, obtained by The Blast, the “Hatfields & McCoys” star not only filed for divorce but also claimed she was unemployed and broke, asking the court not to grant any support to her estranged husband.
The couple got married in an intimate ceremony, surrounded by family and friends, on August 16, 2018.

Although their fifth wedding anniversary was just over two months ago, Lindsay has officially filed for divorce from Peter, whose stage name is Logan Donovan.
In the romance, he mentioned their separation date as June 2023, meaning they were only married for four years and ten months before choosing to call it quits due to “irreconcilable differences.”
The “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” star wants to end (terminate) the court’s ability to provide support to any party. She also requested that her name be legally changed back to “Lindsay Pulsipher” instead of keeping her married name, “Lindsay Pulsipher Fahey.”
According to her declaration of income and expenses, which was attached to the divorce filing, the actress claimed that she is currently “unemployed” after her last job ended on November 1, 2023.
As the documents state, his unemployment compensation amounts to $528 a month and his balance from a previous acting job totals $739 a month.
Lindsay asserts that she averages $4,000 per month in self-employment income after deducting all business expenses incurred in running her business. He added in his wealth declaration that his assets – including his pension and superannuation funds – were $18,750.
The actress included that she and her estranged husband owe nearly $18,000 in combined credit card debt.
