Trump campaign already selling merch featuring his mug shot — including $34 T-shirts

The Trump campaign is looking to cash in on the former president’s historic mug shot — peddling T-shirts and other merchandise featuring his booking photo.

A new line of mug shot-inspired gear appeared on Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign site Thursday night shortly after photos taken at an Atlanta jail were made public.

The products include T-shirts and long sleeves for $34, coffee mugs for $25 and beer Koozies for $15.

The slogan below the mug shot on the official MAGA gear states “NEVER GIVE UP!” in any case, despite the fact that Trump, 77, actually surrendered Thursday before he was released on $200,000 bond.

The Republican turned himself in to authorities at the Fulton County Jail after he was indicted by a grand jury on charges of racketeering, conspiracy, making false statements and soliciting a public official to violate their oath of office in connection with his attempt to overturn the 2020 election.

Trump posted the bond and agreed to limit his ability to post on social media about witnesses or co-defendants in the case as a term of his release.

The former commander-in-chief also used his new mug shot – the first of a former or current US president – to hit back at X, formerly known as Twitter.

He added a link to his 2024 campaign website in a tweet with his picture.

“Today, at the notoriously violent jail in Fulton County, Georgia, I was ARRESTED for committing no CRIME,” Trump wrote in a message that appeared on the site’s landing page.

“…Today, I enter the lion’s den with one simple message on behalf of our entire movement: I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON OUR MISSION TO SAVE AMERICA.”
