A top prosecutor leading the election meddling case against Donald Trump in Georgia has been accused of leaving his estranged wife “without any financial support” while splurging on “luxurious trips” for himself and his boss, Fani Willis.
Nathan Wade, who has been married for 26 years and shares two grown children with his wife Joycelyn, filed for divorce in Cobb County, outside Atlanta, in November 2021, according to court records.
Filings in the ongoing case have been sealed since February 2022.
The former couple’s marriage came under the spotlight Monday when Michael Roman, a former Trump 2020 campaign official, filed a major motion alleging Wade and Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis traveled together to vacation destinations including Florida, Napa Valley and the Caribbean.
Details about their alleged lifestyle seem to be at odds with Wade’s wife, Joycelyn.
The ex claims in a motion for expenses filed last month and obtained by The Post, that Wade has left her with nothing, even though she has earned more than $650,000 in legal fees from the Trump case alone since 2022.
The court filing claims that Joycelyn is “in dire need of financial support” because she is unemployed after being a “stay-at-home mother for 26 years” and “does not have access to marital funds.”
In documents obtained by The Post, Joycelyn claims that Wade had traditionally deposited $700 bi-weekly into a joint account for household expenses but was now tapping it for his own use and sending it into overdraft.

“Despite earning large sums, (Wade) provided almost nothing to (Joycelyn) for her support and survival and often caused (her) bank account to be overdrafted,” the motion reads.
According to the document, Joycelyn is seeking temporary spousal support and temporary attorney fees.
Meanwhile, Wade has come under fire after being romantically linked without evidence to Willis — who brought election meddling charges against Trump and 18 co-defendants and hired Wade to prosecute them.
Roman argued in his court filing that Willis should be disqualified from the case and the charges against him dropped because of an alleged “improper and confidential personal relationship” with Wade.
“Willis and Wade had a personal relationship before and after Willis appointed Wade as special prosecutor in the instant case,” he alleged.

“Willis and Wade were romantically involved before Willis contracted for legal services with Wade. It’s not entirely clear when the relationship started, but it started when Wade was married.”
He further alleges in the motion that Willis’ failure to disclose his alleged relationship with Wade while paying him for his work on the Trump case — funds he also allegedly used to pay for luxury vacations with the DA — could be considered honest services fraud. as well as “predicate acts that could result in RICO charges against both the district attorney and the special prosecutor.”
“Although the filings in the divorce case were sealed by Court order (the validity of which is open to question), information obtained outside of court filings indicates that the district attorney and the special prosecutor have personally traveled together to places such as Napa Valley, Florida and the Caribbean and the prosecutor Raya Khas has bought tickets for both of them to travel on both Norwegian and Royal Caribbean cruise lines,” he said.
“Traveling together to places like Washington, DC or New York City might make sense for work purposes given other pending litigation, but what work purpose can only be served by traveling to these traditional vacation destinations?”
He also claims in the filing that Wade and Willis have been seen privately together in the Atlanta area and “are believed to have lived together in some form or fashion at a location neither of them own.”

Wade, his estranged wife, and the Fulton County DA’s Office did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
Trump and Roman were both hit with racketeering charges in the Willis case against them and other co-defendants under Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
Roman served as director of Election Day operations for Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign.
In the wake of the former president’s 2020 defeat, Roman allegedly joined efforts to field pro-Trump “fake voter” lists to deny President-elect Joe Biden victory in key states such as Arizona, Georgia, Michigan and Nevada.
