Trump wonders how ‘anybody who’s Jewish’ could vote for Dems

Former President Donald Trump publicly pondered Monday how American Jews could support Democrats during a long list of New Hampshire opposition to President Biden’s foreign policy in the wake of last weekend’s deadly terrorist attack on Israel.

“I can’t imagine how anyone who is Jewish or anyone who loves Israel — and frankly, evangelicals just love Israel — I can’t imagine anyone voting for a Democrat, let alone for this guy,” Trump said during a speech in Wolfeboro.

During his speech, the 77-year-old claimed Biden, 80, had “betrayed Israel,” citing rampages by the Palestinian terror group Hamas that have killed at least 900 people in the Jewish state, including 11 Americans.

“Less than four years ago, we had peace in the Middle East with the historic Abrahamic Covenant. Today we have an all-out war in Israel, and it will spread quickly,” Trump predicted. “What a difference a president makes.”

The 45th president and the 2024 Republican front-runner vowed that he would “once again stand firm” with Israel should he be elected to a second non-consecutive term.

Trump has previously criticized Jews who support Democratic candidates, sending a message about it last month on Rosh Hashanah.

“Just a quick reminder to the liberal Jews who voted to destroy America & Israel because you believe a false narrative!” he writes at Social Truth.

“Let’s hope you learn from your mistakes & make better choices moving forward!”

In October last year, the former president again asked American Jews to vote for him.

“No President has done more for Israel than me. However, surprisingly, our great Evangelicals appreciate this far more than the Jewish people, especially those living in the US,” he wrote on Truth Social.

“US Jews need to get their act together and appreciate what they have in Israel – Before it’s too late!” he added obnoxiously.

Trump has often crowed about his Middle East policies, including moving the US embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and the Abraham Accords that saw Israel normalize relations with Bahrain, Morocco, Sudan and the United Arab Emirates.

He also continued a campaign of maximum pressure against Israel’s main enemy, Iran.

However, the former president was also furious at the lack of gratitude he received in response.

“F— him,” Trump told Axios reporter Barak Ravid in 2021 about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who was quick to acknowledge Biden’s 2020 election victory.

“Jews in this country no longer love Israel. I will tell you, evangelical Christians love Israel more than the Jews in this country. Israel used to have absolute power over Congress. And today I think it’s the opposite,” Trump also told Ravid.

In the 2020 presidential vote, American Jews split Biden over Trump by more than two to one.

Should he return to the White House, Trump promised to “cut off money to Palestinian terrorists on Day One” and turn up the heat on Iran.

Israel has begun striking back at Hamas outposts in the Gaza Strip after the terrorist group fired thousands of rockets and launched ground attacks into the country’s territory.

At least 900 Israelis are believed to have been killed in the violence with an estimated 2,600 wounded, according to Israel’s Military Radio.

Moreover, Hamas has claimed to have kidnapped more than 150 hostages and threatened to kill them one by one live on social media in response to Israeli retaliation.
