Hinkle wants the court to “Reserve for future determination the issue of support payable to petitioner and respondent,” meaning both parties:
The document also states that:
Confirm as separate property assets and liabilities in:(1) Miscellaneous personal items.(2) Applicant’s income and asset accumulation before the date of marriage and from and after the date of separation.(3) There are additional separate assets and liabilities of the parties, the exact nature and extent of which are currently unknown.
For community property: “The exact nature and extent of the community and quasi-community assets and obligations are unknown to Petitioner at this time and will be determined.”

Marlin Hinkle has been a working actor since the mid-90s and has spent years as a supporting actor on shows like “Once and Again,” “Two and a Half Men” and “Madam Secretary.”
She has played the lead role in “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” which can be attributed to being a mother herself.
“I’m a mom,” Hinkle, who has a teenage son, Ben, told Entertainment Tonight. “Thankfully I’m lucky enough to continue working, but you put your own needs and your own development a little bit on the back burner because really you just put so much love and energy into helping someone to grow. It is your offspring.”
He also reflected on his role, stating, “[When I took the role of Rose], I didn’t really think, How would he look in the mirror and say, ‘Who am I now?’ And I feel very blessed by that,” shared Hinkle. “All these things that I think Rose would have been very afraid of that first year [and] as an actor, it asks me to let go of fear as well.”
She continued, “I mean this from my heart. The real joy is that I’m in my 50s and have a job today because what I know is the difficulty of how few and far between jobs are available for people my age. That’s the truth. As a woman , in his 50s, it’s still a huge struggle now.”

During the filming of “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” she went to Paris, where she fell in love with her husband.
“I haven’t done a private trip like that in years, where I get on a plane and literally walk through a city where I don’t speak the language. I really feel very blessed that I can also find a life of independence that I haven’t experienced in my own life in a long time,” said Hinkle. “It’s like a blessing in disguise.”
