UN fires staffers who allegedly took part in October 7 Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel

The United Nations relief agency for refugees in the West Bank and Gaza Strip has fired several staff over their alleged participation in the October 7 Hamas terrorist attack on Israel, the agency said Friday.

“The Israeli authorities have provided UNRWA with information about the alleged involvement of several UNRWA workers in the horrific attack on Israel on October 7,” said Philippe Lazzarini, UNRWA’s Commissioner-General, in a statement.
