They have a bone to pick with him.
A Utah community has ordered a resident to remove a “dangerous” Halloween display from public property – featuring a pole dancing skeleton.
Christopher Fujishin’s display features two skeleton onlookers offering money while “watching” another skeleton with a purple wig “dancing” on a city stop sign outside his home in Grantsville, KSTU reported.
“Maybe a little raunchy for some but it’s all in the name of fun,” Fujishin told the outlet.
The city posted a photo of the display to its Facebook page, where it said it had until 9 p.m. Oct. 18. to remove it.
“Displays like this are unacceptable as it is against city code to attach anything to a street sign,” read the post.

The warning was later removed – but not before it went viral and divided the community.
“I feel like teaching our kids about respect, decency and manners has been put aside,” said one user who supported the city’s decision to remove it.
“If your kids understand what that is, maybe the problem isn’t a skeleton dancing on a pole, maybe it’s something else,” Fujishin replied.
The city of Grantsville argued that the display on public property violated its code. KTVU People also provides tips for a homeowner’s “dancer fund.”
He obeyed the order and moved the skeleton to his own yard, where several residents expressed their support for his display – some even brought more skeletons and decorations.
“We’ll let them know when we leave,” Carrie Sly, a waitress at The Outpost, told KSTU. “We know what it’s like to work for tips.”
“I think it brings a lot of humor that we need to a small town,” said resident Brandee Harris.
Fujishin also found it all very humerous, saying: “We hope to continue it and get a little more detail as we go.”
