“Botox looks great,” quipped the individual, sarcastically implying the 63-year-old had gotten a beauty boost. The taunts of the female followers were not lost on Bertinelli, who began his comment: “Eww, I know you didn’t mean that as a compliment, but let’s talk about it, shall we?”
Speaking candidly to the audience, the Young Artist Award nominee admitted she had tried Botox about six years ago and shared a photo of herself with the cosmetic procedure. While the treatment offers a noticeable glow, the Wilmington native insists the enhancer isn’t for her.
“As you can see from the picture, it doesn’t look like me. Like changing the shape of my eyebrows,” explained the mother of one as she removed her glasses to reveal her bare face.
“What I thought it would do was help me with my genetically puffy eyes,” the media personality continued with a laugh. “The ones I always—they always annoy me. I always wanted those beautiful eyes, didn’t have them, never will.”

“You’re trying to embarrass me, and you’re a woman. Like, what makes you try to embarrass me, and I’m not the first person to try to embarrass me on TikTok or Instagram or anywhere. So we women, we have to unite, okay.”
The 63-year-old insists there’s no shame in people trying to make themselves feel better as they navigate this “crazy crazy world”. Reiterating her distaste for botox, the mother-of-one declared it was not for her, or she would have continued using it.
